Training the teachers
Teachers were been considered as the prime mover of the educational learning of the youth. Here in the Scotland, it can be observe that they are only few teachers that are reliable and quite efficient in doing their teaching services. In which, it can be found by the governmental inspectors that most of the teachers in the different schools, colleges or universities here in England were unproductive due to the fact that most of its learners are not educationally growing in their field. In which, it can be noticed that there are several learners who have drop out from their educational learning and some gained a lower grades or marks in their subject courses. Aside of that also, the recent issue of fewer learners who got an above averaged rating during the GSCE was also an outcome of unproductive educational system.
With the observation and evaluation of the educational inspectors in the country, it moves the different government officials especially the department education officials to make a change in giving educational services by urging the teachers to develop more their teaching skills and be more active in standing up and delivering the subject matter in regards to their education program. As a result, the different educational learning institutes such as the different colleges, universities or even the online schools were creating different educational training program for the teachers to develop their teaching skills in order to be much efficient in giving out educational services that will produce a high caliber of learners or professionals in the society. Since, it can be seen that the leadership skills of the teachers and its teaching strategies are not good enough to highly trained their students in order to become more competitive in their learning process and in their future career.
With that case, the government officials here in Scotland together with the department education officials and the different school administrators here in Scotland are very much hopeful that the educational training that they preparing for their teachers will serve as good venue to improve their educational learning program services and to all the more develop the teaching skills of the teachers in the country.
