The teachers strike
For over the past years, teachers have created a magnificent role to the lives of every individuals in the world because of the fact that there are designated individuals who will mentor the young minds of the learners with knowledge and skills in order to maintain or preserve the system of the world such as the lifestyle, environment, business transaction and many more. With the great role that they have render to the society and to the younger generation, it is duly right for their part that they will be rewarded in their tasks such as giving them several sets of benefits with the just rate of compensation.
Despite of the fact that teachers have played an important role in the society that they are living but still there are several cases that the welfare of teachers has not been given any attention. Just like the case in England, in which the teachers are complaining about their compensation and other benefits to the extent that there are planning to a strife in order to get the attention of the government and the school administrators. But, most of the teachers who give much complained about their status are the teacher in the public schools especially those teachers who are teaching in the different public colleges and universities in the country. The plan out strike will be happening within this week and the teachers Union are calling more teachers especially those teachers teaching for continuing education to attend or join this strike for a common goal to enhance the status of their living as being an educators and individuals. With this nation wide teachers strike, the government are very much alarm for that situation. In that case, the government have schedule a negotiation talk between the teachers union officials in order to hear each side and discuss the necessary things in order to resolve this situation.
With the aspect of this negotiation talk or discussion, the teachers are very much hopeful that there concerns will be address or given much attention. As well, the government is also looking forward that the concerns of these teachers will be resolve because if it will not resolve, this will greatly affect the business transactions, and educational system.
