Here in United Kingdom, there are several controversies and issues that had arise in the field of teaching such as the recent event of national teacher’s strike and the results of the national teacher’s evaluation that had been conducted where there about 24,000 teachers who are found incompetent in doing their job functions as teachers in mentoring the young individuals. Another concerns had just recently arise regarding teaching field, it is about the gradual decline of individuals to pursue a teaching career. In which, it has been found that population rate of learners who have pursued a teaching career have decreases to a certain percentage. This was discovered by comparing the numbers of the latest young teachers aspirants who have will be going a teachers training in the different educational learning institute with the numbers of teachers trainee last year and it was found out that the numbers have really decline.
As of now, the governments together with the school administrators are still on going discovering the reasons of this declination of individuals for the pursuant of teaching career and discovering any strategies that will help in resolving this teaching field concerns. One of the main area that they have seen the reason why young individuals loose interest in pursuing a education program of becoming a teacher is because of the different negatives issues that the teaching field are facing. In which, it creates a negative image or impact to the side of the young learners. As a result, they loose interest about this teaching career field. Aside of that also is the presence of costly teacher degree course program. In which, majority of the young learners can’t afford to spend a huge amount of money in order to forego an educators learning program. Even though, student loan financial aid is quite available but still there are several young individuals who can’t avail because of fact that they are not qualified due to their low income status. For that manner, the government must give much attention in resolving this teachers concern in order to prevent worst situations to happen.
