One of the major field or area of educational learning is the Math subject because this area is very much useful and applicable to the day to day living of every individual. The simple or basic numerical application such as numerical counting, addition, subtraction and division have already given out a great impact to their lives for the mere fact that every transaction in this world whether simple to advance setting, the presence of numerical value is very much needed. With the great involvement of numerical value in the daily situations in life, it could be best that young individuals must already be trained about the basic approaches in Math and its numerical value because of the practicality that it can offer to their lives as they have grown.
In that case, the Department of Education here in England is part of that quest in maintaining the quality of educational system in Mathematics especially upon teaching it to the young learners in ages four years old and up. As a result, the Department of Education are annually evaluated every school teachers from primary to higher educational level in order to monitor the credibility of their teaching that they have given to their student’s. Even the bilingual schools in the country are oblige to have a math teacher specialists in their school in order to reevaluate their fellow colleagues upon giving out mathematical education.
This math specialist teacher refers to the math teachers who have obtained a masters degree program or doctorate in the field of mathematic teaching. The presence of the math teacher’s specialist would be a great help for all teacher in the school because this math teacher specialists will serve a guide for all teachers in the schools upon giving out their quality of mathematical education towards their learners.
