These issues that have arise are the different results of the test that the government conducted to the public teachers in the country and for the career tests and they have found out that there are about 24,000 teachers who have not passed the teachers competencies based on the standard that the government that been set. With that result, there are several reactions that have arise whether negative or positive but the government have not condemn that result because at some point the different public educational institute have not also done their part in providing an education program training for the teachers to grow their field of work or profession. In which, it has found been found out that the newly graduate teachers who are currently employed are directly given an very challenging tasks without any formal training coming from their seniors or supervisors. In that case, the educational learning institutes, government and parents will not expect much towards their teachers in performing their job functions well. But despite of that case, that some teachers haven’t receive any formal training from their employer but still they have performed their duties well. In which, it had been found out that most of the learners have finished their educational program and have highly succeeded their career life.

With that scenario, the did not condemn or neither criticizing the some of the public teachers who have not passed the career test fro they have know that it was not their fault. Besides, it is not the only basis to determine that teachers are competitive enough in performing their job functions.
