Teachers are honored to be the “famous teachers“ in school or in the whole community, due to his or her commitment and warm at heart treatment to students. But in the U.S. they seemed confuse and curious why some students able to move 3 grade stages ahead from others in a year only. In this situation, the Obama administration finds ways to track and cultivate those effective teachers by offering states of approximate $4 billion last 2010.
Education actually doesn’t rely more than curriculum; it is a matter of teachers. Private schools are not worth it if the teachers do not heartily commit themselves to their profession. Teaching profession is a very serious job that needs great attention, because this specific career is the only one that carries the success of the humanity and the world. Who the way teachers are must take consideration on this career path’s major objective: to build success from individual to the world!
However, unfortunately, not all the teachers have good perspective to meet the objective. That is why, many parents were apprehensive about the school to enroll their children. Subsequently, schools statistically saying that no matter if your child’s institution is a public or privately owned institution as much as the teachers standing in front of them are quality teachers, and better-known as famous teachers.
Now, teachers in the U.S. are widely scrutinized. There was a research made about the impact of teachers that’s too distressing to ignore, so the U.S. Pres. Barack Obama and the Secretary of Education in the nation, Arne Duncan have discussed the critical issue of teaching over the past years, and the “No Child Left Behind” policy was reformed to teachers responsibilities.
What are the concerns of “No Child Left Behind” to students?
It affects about the training of the teachers, the tests that students take, how the payments in school spent on education, and most especially, the way teachers taught students.
Teachers must ultimately meet the required tasks of their profession because they chose it. The national teacher appreciation week designed to honor, award upon recognition of their unique profession because the exertion of extraordinary traits: patient, perseverance, understanding, and helpful are just among the few that most teachers showed to their students, but as what have been said, not perfectly all of them.
