Here are basic reasons why teachers need appreciation from the students, the parents, the community, as well as the national leadership. Thus, the creation of Teacher Appreciation Week is abig boost for the teachers.
Teachers devote their time in school
We knew very well teachers are so concerned about the welfare of the students being one of their main thrusts in educating the young minds and mold them to become productive and respectable citizens in the future. Since they are devoting most of their time in school, this must be one of the many reasons why we should appreciate the efforts they have made to make our children educated. The Teacher’s Day celebrated in schools are giving teachers a boost to improve more. Think of a day when there are no teachers in school? You could just imagine how lessons which should have been impartaed will be lost. Experts, scientists, lawyers, engineers, doctors, nurses were born because of the educators who mold them to become professionals.
Teachers help a nation of more experts
A nation with so many uneducated people and experiencing illiteracy problems is like to be a poor country. If ou may have noticed third world countries are those that have literacy problems. Many are not education and therefore many are unemployed, ignorant andlack of vision to develop and improve their miserable lives. The teachers play vital roles in this problem. In fact, because of their presence more and more professionals are created every year to help the nation grow and developed economically.
Fitting tribute to teachers
It is only very fitting that the government should look into this excellent performance by hundreds of thousands of educators all over the globe. They must be given importance and students and parents should thnk of a day to appreciate their outstanding contribution to society. It has been said many times over that teachers build the nation, helps the government save the nation from the bondage of poverty. In many countries of the world now the Teacher Appreciation Program is getting recognized. In fact, many Teacher Appreciation programs are now regularly celebrated.
Teachers do need to be recognized for their role in molding young minds. Teacher Appreciation Week is a
great time to throw an event and hand out small gifts to let everyone in your school and
community know the value of these dedicated professionals.

This article was poorly written and had a lot of mistakes. It is talking about teachers and how much they do to improve and make the world better. But after reading this articel, I really hope a teacher did not write it. If you could just proof read over this and change the mistakes a lot of poeple would feel better about it, especially teachers.
