US Educ Dept gives scholarship grants

The US education department has made an announcement Monday it is willing to give scholarship grants to students who wish to teach in district schools with high demand. The so-called high-needs areas are now the target of the US department because it is recently observed of having only very few teachers. Jay Gatrell, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, said this is very important for the US government to be successful in this endeavor so that they can encouraged more professional teachers in the future.

The teacher recruitement day started because of this very valuable project of the government. In fact, this is also a method of teacher appreciation so that more teachers are encourage because they are now look up to by the government as a good vehicle to teach the young minds become respectable citizens in the future.

Gatrell said the program for future teachers of America will start giving the award to lucky students by March of this year. The awardees will receive $6,000 for a two-year schooling period in junior and senior years. Gatrell believes this endeavor of the national leadership I already a kind of teacher appreciation because through the program many teachers will rise in the future. As soon as many teachers would be around the problem of the national government would be solved in the process. There are also plans to give more benefits to teachers so that they can also be a very valuable tool in giving the minds of the students shifted to getting the best education and dream of becoming educators in the process.

He said through the study grant the students will be tested if they really wish to become successful educators in the future especially in the high-needs areas. The US education department is really doing its job in order to provide the best education it can give to many residents in the community.
