Teacher in England
In England, they also have their teacher’s appreciation celebration just like in the United States. At this teacher celebration, both the England government and school administrators together with the learners are preparing for something extraordinary events or aspects in order to please and give happiness to their teachers. In that case, this national teacher celebration will be a joyous event with lots of surprises on it. For that manner, most teachers are looking forward for this event to come in their nation. As well, students of the different educational learning institutes such as music schools, nursing educational learning institutes, vocational learning institutes and other school types are also preparing for these teachers events in their area. In that aspect, it is quite clear that the presence of the teachers in England have much importance and if they have any concerns that will arise surely they will be heard and been given an attention on it.
Just like the recent issue that have arise in which, teachers in the England have some concerns of their status and welfare as being an employee and educator in the society and to the learning institutes where they belong. This concerns deals with the aspects of their compensation rate. In which, they are some private schools and even the public learning institutes who didn’t follow the minimum wage compensation rate. Since, there are some schools who give compensation rate much lower to the minimum wage that the government has been established and for that they are asking for justice in regards to their case. Aside of that also, some teachers have not given any benefits or privileges as based on what they have agreed on. With the seriousness of that situation, those teachers who have experience this kind of injustice went to the teacher’s union association in order to ask for their support. As result they had been supported by allowing them to conduct a teachers strike with the participation of the teachers in the Union association.
As the England government had have heard this teachers strike there were alarm and immediately organizes a schedule meeting for all the department of labor and the teachers association in order to tackle out this aspects so that justice and peace will always prevail.
