Teacher Appreciation Ideas in Schools
Many private schools have been conducting activities to recognize the noble contributions of teachers as well as the participation of parents and teachers making the activities successful. This is very interesting since many teachers are also saying thank you for all the recognitions they’ve been getting.
In Clearpoint Elementary School, the holding of the Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week was very successful. Thanks for the active participation of Alexya Heelis and Margaret Hamilton.
Sunshine Academy also conducted the Staff Appreciation Week organized by P4K for five consecutive days. There are also upcoming activities such as the English Book Fair on the 25th of this month as well as the winter carnival the following day. The same staff appreciation week was also done in Thorndale Elementary School.
In Kuper Academy, the school conducted a fundraiser activity and proceeds will be given to “Free the Children†and there was also a hands on presentation scheduled the following day. Just like a nursing school, the Kuper Academy is also holding this activity for many years already to raise funds.
The Riverdale High conducted a very different activity of awesome dance and music. Thanks also to the midget boys team in basketball. They won against closest rival WIC. Another activity dubbed as “Our Cultures in Action†will be done on February 27. There are tickets for the show, $5 for the students and for adults $10.
In Terry Fox Elementary, teachers really enjoy the weeklong celebration with daily goodies as well as the luncheon. There are also other activities such as Tubing, musical concerts and skating which will also take place later. A fun-filled Tubing day was also conducted in St. Anthony Elementary. The school also held a three-day ski trip which made the students enjoy the whole activity. In Mount Pleasant Elementary, the staff was treated to a very delicious luncheon. There were also skating, tubing and cross-country skiing that made the day go round for the kids and their parents.
