Teacher appreciation activity in Idaho

Teacher appreciation activities are among the schedules of teachers all over the globe and not just primarily learning inside the classrooms to have the students properly educated. This is the main reason why teachers never get tired of their profession because they’re not only committed to education but the activities which include awards and recognitions are already a part of their daily activities in schools.
In Idaho, a very heartwarming activity was also held such as the giving of incentive grants to teachers who qualify for the requirements.
In Idaho, two local teachers receive incentive grants for their worthwhile contributions. The incentives grants were given during the time when Idaho Humanities Council also awarded $66,791 grants to individuals and organizations in Idaho. Earlier, there were also online degree teachers who were also given awards by another organization because of their expertise.
The first one to receive the $1000 was Susan Stagliano for her music appreciation class every week. Stagliano was an educator at the Valley View Early Childhood Center located in the place of Bonners Ferry. The same award was also given to Debra Smith of Sandpoint High School. She was awarded the $1000 grant to support his project in new interdisciplinary course.
This grant is being awarded every two years by the IHC to K-12 teachers and other educational organizations. This is also aimed at enhancing the teaching of humanities in the classrooms.
It is also learned that the deadline for the grant proposals to Idaho Councils will be on January 15 and applications forms and other vital information about the grants can be found also at their website: www.idahohumanities.org
