Strengthening the workforce of the teachers
Society really needs the presence of the teachers or educators in order to continually preserve its system and to continue its existence. With that case, it is just fair to the part of the teachers that they will be recognize and acknowledge for the efforts that they have done to the society and for nourishing the minds of the young individuals in order to become successful individuals in the near future. That’s the reason why teacher’s appreciation celebration in the United States had been born in order to give recognition of the role of the teachers in the society. As the existences of the teachers are being acknowledged, the workforces of the teachers are also strengthened. In which, the United States government have continually implemented several programs or strategies that will uplift the status of the teachers and the teaching field.
At this point of time, the United States government has given much attention the growth and development of their teachers. Since, these teachers are the prime mover in order to achieve societal success or progression. In that case, the United States government has required all the teachers to undergo a level A examinations. This level A examination is the second level of examinations after the teachers have taken and pass the licensure teaching exam. This level A examinations career tests for the teachers have been established by the government in order to ensure the credibility and quality of teachers that have been produce by the different career educational learning institutes in the different campus based colleges and universities. As well, those teachers who have acquired and finished an online teaching degree are also required to take the level A examinations.
This level A examinations have been implemented in the United States because they have seen that the teachers workforce condition are quite weaken. One way to improve and gain back the credibility and quality of teaching field is to re-evaluate the teachers through the presence of level A examinations and if they will not pass this test they must undergo another educational training and review so that they as the take the exam for the second time.
