Appreciating the educators or teachers for the contribution that they have done in the field of education especially for the teachings that they have inculcated and nourishes the minds of the learners is just one way of inspiring them to go on and become even more efficient in their teaching field. Part of appreciating the existence of the teachers and the contribution that they have provided is just to say the word “thank you” to the favorite teacher or teachers who have done a significant impact to the lives of the learners especially to the mere fact that there are about 3.8 million of teachers in the United States who have nourishes the minds of the learners for their educational growth, for the betterment of their selves and to the society where they lived in. It’s been calculated that 2.6 million of teachers teaches in K-12 while 42 % of K-12 teachers are already in their 50 years. With the increase number of teachers available in the country, it’s quite good also to make them feel important though appreciating their efforts and saying the important words which is “thank you”.

Here are some of few steps upon doing the thank you appreciation to the teachers.

• Identify the teacher/s to be given thanks
• Write a thank you note or brought a gift for that teacher
• Organize a class gimik for thanks teacher appreciation such as class appreciation where in students will provide a piece of paper and list of reasons why their teachers or educators are important to them. Put the entire written thank you note in the paper and give the jar or container to the teacher.

There are still several ways upon thanking teachers or educators but the above mentioned steps are just one suggested simple steps in order to make the teachers or educators valued and well respected in their field of teaching especially to the contribution that they have done in the educational system of the nation. Since, teachers serve as the core foundation of influence over their learners both private and public schools in the country so that learners will become efficient in their academic education and as well in enhancing their talents or skills that will become a gage for enhancement of thy self and become an asset for societal transformation.
