Becoming a teacher is one of the honorable and noble jobs that an individual can ever attain due to the fact that there are individuals who are responsible in teaching the younger generations about the educational facts of the world and the knowledge and skills that they must acquire in order to benefit for themselves and to the society that they belong. In that case, it is quite clear that the formal educational program or academic aspects that the different schools or colleges and universities offers is very essential much essential for the younger generations to undergo. With that case, teachers from the different countries especially in the United States and United Kingdom usually celebrates teacher appreciation day or week in order to commemorate their significance in the society.

Although, there are several issues that have arise that will destroy the good reputations and the credibility of the teachers especially here in United Kingdom but still it is not a hindrance to continue in giving honor for the teachers who have done their duties well especially right now that the population rate of the teachers here in the United Kingdom particularly in London are deteriorating. In which, there have been a shortage of the production of teachers due to the fact that there are several teachers who already reach at their retirement age. No wonder that most of the head teachers in the different private and public schools here in London are still younger in age. Since, most of them are still at their early thirty’s and mid thirty’s. Although, younger teachers are quite competitive in leading the entire teachers of a certain schools but at some point it shows weakness of the teacher’s rate due to the decrease of the age of the head teachers that been serving and leading the entire teachers in the different schools.

With that case, the government is urging the younger generations to take up teaching course in order to increase the production of teachers in the nation. As well, there are several programs that been created as part of the campaign of increasing the college students who are getting teaching career course program.
