The work of a teacher is considered as one of the noble jobs in the whole world. Since, by profession they are tasked to facilitate the educational learning growth of the people especially the young learners who are still in their journey of learning things and system of this world. At some point, the role of the teachers is quite a challenge because of the mere fact that if they failed in giving out a quality of educational services to their learners they will really gain lots of criticism. In that case, they must try their best to give out a good and quality of educational services in order to maintain their good reputation to the public. Although, there are some scenarios that teachers are often criticized but in general teachers really are given an importance and most of the cases were been appreciated especially here in the United States. In which, teacher’s appreciation day or week are usually celebrated in order to give honor and acknowledgment of all teachers in the nation.
During teacher appreciation celebration, there are several activities and even surprises that been given out for the teachers to enjoy. The teacher’s appreciation celebration in the country is the good venue for most employers and even the government to give out several awards, benefits, incentives and even career training for the enhancement of teaching quality in the country. Last month of May was the teacher’s celebration in the country and for that the government had promised to give out some additional allowances, privileges, increase rate of salaries, scholarship for higher teaching and trainings for the teachers in the different public schools in the country. Most of aspects that been promised by the government have already been gradually realized. Just like in the aspect of teachers training. In which, just recently there are already several public teachers coming from the different state that had already set foot in going to Washington in order to join the governmental trainings that been organized by the department of the education in the country. Aside of this training, it was expected that there will be more trainings that will be more trainings that will be given out for the public teachers. As well, the different private school in the country also offers programs and privileges that will help in boasting out the teacher’s career.
