About gift giving
The holiday season has been a special season to everyone. It entails giving gifts and exchanging cards especially to the teachers, parents and students. In the United States, it is been a tradition that students or parents will usually give gifts to their teachers as a way of taking importance the presence of the teachers and acknowledging their remarkable role in the society as being educational mentors. As well, this concept of gift giving to the teachers in this holiday season is also a celebration of teacher’s appreciation season. Since, at this period of time we are able to see the importance of our teacher’s in our society.
The teachers are very much glad to receive these gifts because it symbolizes the thoughtfulness of the students and the parents. In return, teachers also express their thanks to the students and parents for their thoughtfulness. Just like the recent teacher news in United States.
In which, Aaron Wetters have created something as a way of thanksgiving and gratitude for his students and as well, to the parents of the students for their cooperation in the educational aspects of their students. Aaron Wetters is a second grade teacher in Evart Elementary school in the United States. Aaron Wetters creates an 8 by 10 foot winter scene that was displayed in the hallway of their school. The purpose of its location is to make this artistic image to be seen in the public. The winter scenery uses a backdrop of the photos of its students and then creates a kaleidoscope snowflake of each photo. In which, these artistic creation becomes family Christmas Keepsakes.
The creation of this artistic work of art is very much is indeed remarkable. His creation symbolizes thoughtfulness to the students and gratitude to his profession as mentors of the young minds in the society. So, it just fair that all the time we show our appreciation to our teacher even the holiday season will end or even if there no celebration like teacher’s birthday or teacher’s day. It is good to apply the concept of teacher’s appreciation. In which, it doesn’t necessary mean that we give something to our teacher but by just a simple act of respect, coordination and support will mean a lot to the part of the teachers.
