Tribute for the Teachers
Last week, Western Cape has celebrated a teacher appreciation intended for hard work that the educators have rendered in their school and to their students. This teacher’s tribute provides an immense appreciation in order to acknowledge the contribution, efforts, knowledge, professional commitment, and dedication towards their teaching profession and providing the students with a higher quality education as much as possible. The Provincial Government of Western Cape stated that there are several educators that often taught on towards difficult circumstances. Since, there are several educators in the Provinces that face on a myriad challenges on its daily basis that includes larger classes that they have covered, lacking of discipline or respect by its students, the minimal educational resources that can be use upon their teaching, or some other challenges in their curriculum. But, despite this challenge, there are several educators or teachers that have go beyond towards rendering their duties in order to make sure that their classrooms are quite enjoyable and safe to have a learning environments.
There were times that teachers are not simply recognized for enough outstanding efforts that they have rendered. As a result, the Department of Education would like to start on acknowledging, honor towards their tireless passion and commitment. During this scheduled teacher appreciation celebration, the Department of Education personnel in Western Cape have already visited numbers of continuing education school campuses in order to personally say their thank you to the educators and give a small token which is a Thank You teacher’s book from the Department. This book entirely comprises collection of several messages from its students towards their educators and was entirely been conceptualize through the Director of Human Capital Development and receive a sponsored by Oxford University Press and from ABC Printing. According to Grant that this 30,000 book copies had already been printed and every educator across on this province must be able to receive a copy within this week.
Especially to the educational development results of the previous years where it had seen that several students have not perform well but through the motivation, good leadership that been provided on the, it supports a lot to develop their strengths and gradually improve their educational rating or learning.Without any doubt, teachers become a good factor that supports a lot in order to provide a good significant difference towards the lives of several students. This teacher appreciation program from the government or Department Education does not only mean acknowledging their efforts but as well provides support towards their challenging career and at the same time also it’s a chance to give any assistance or resolution towards their teaching career jobs concerns.
