Strengthening the teachers workforce
Over the past years, teachers have been acknowledged and recognize for the remarkable deeds that they offer to the people. Just like in the United States that they have a teacher’s celebration. Usually, this teachers celebration are organize as national teacher appreciation week and national teacher’s day. In which, this events will usually fall on the month of May. These celebrations are on of a kind. The United States government and the different educational learning institutions in the United States organize different entertaining activities for the teachers. It is also expected that along with these teacher celebration there will be privileges, benefits or salary increase that teachers receive from their employers. So, the teacher’s celebration is truly dedicated for the entire teachers in the United States.
The prime reason of the celebration of national teacher appreciation week and national teacher’s day is to honor for their existence and for choosing the teaching profession because there profession is a strong foundation for preservation of the educational learning system. In that case, the Department of Education in the United States and the different educational learning institutes has created several schemes for the improvement of the teaching strategies in order to give a quality of educational services to the learners. Just like in the case in Texas teachers, in which the Department of Education together with the art schools and other educational learning institutes have plan to present the Drama teaching program for the entire teachers in Texas this coming May. This method of Dram teaching have already been use as a method of teaching for the young learners in order to be motivated in their educational learning and for active participation in the class discussion.
The Drama teaching had already been use by the teachers in the art schools and some college teachers. With the duration of the period that they have use it, several teachers and educational learning institutions have testify that it created a good impact for the students. In that case, the Department of Education in Texas have plan to present this Drama teaching program for the entire teachers in the State from the nursery level to a higher educational learning which is college degree or even master’s or doctoral degree program. This Drama teaching program presentation will be launch this coming national teacher appreciation week and national teacher’s day in order to strengthen their teaching team.
