Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 cup of butter (softened)
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instruction of Cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine the baking soda, salt, and the all-purpose flour in small bowl.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and the granulated sugar, then beat them all in big mixer bowl until it becomes creamy.
- Add eggs individually and beat well after adding up.
- Slowly beat in the flour mixture.
- Stir in the nuts and the chips. Then drop some by rounded tablespoon on top of ungreased baking sheets.
Bake this for about 9 to 11 minutes or else until it become golden brown. Leave for 2 minutes cool completely.
