The low morale of teachers in many schools is because they cannot help their family’s problem of lack of funds to support their daily needs. The students all over the world can unite and lobby the UN to help the plight of teachers, especially in third world countries.

Concentrated teaching – Since they are contented with their salaries and other benefits we can expect them to concentrate their time in classrooms so that they can impart the knowledge very diligently. They have no worries their children are hungry in their homes while they are also teaching and many other concerns.

No more moonlighting – We can expect that teachers would no longer find other jobs to sustain their daily needs as well as they can also send their children in good schools.
